Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

As required by Austrian and EU consumer law (FAGG), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this period by contacting us at hukersart@gmail.com.

Conditions for Return Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of use or have been washed cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping Costs We explicitly inform you that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will refund your original payment (including the original standard shipping cost) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Exchanges Exchanges are available for customers in Austria and Germany only, and are free of charge (we cover the re-shipping). For exchanges, please contact us before sending anything back.

International Returns (Outside the EU) For returns from outside the European Union, all shipping costs, customs fees, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be arranged within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed only after the item is received in original condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue.

Legal Guarantee In accordance with EU law, all products carry a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
